Envisaged UBX Price
The UBU is a crypto token of exchange that derives its value from unlocking inefficient assets in the current economic system. UBUs are issued on a daily fixed basis to anyone who elects to receive and trade them with participating vendors for goods & services. Every active citizen and vendor contributes to the value and stability of the system just by participating, releasing greater value into the economy which benefits everyone. The extent of this benefit is determined by the level of participation, but obviously people in low income groups derive the greatest relative benefit.
The UBX is a crypto token offered in this ITO as a means to incentivise and fund the deployment of the UBU ecosystem. There is a mathematical relationship between the UBX and UBU, with ownership of the UBX guaranteeing a future delivery of UBUs to the owner under the governance of this relationship

South Africa is an extremely well regulated financial services and business environment. UBU Core (PTY) Ltd operates under the legal jurisdiction of South Africa and is governed by a board of directors backed by a strong regulatory environment. However the UBU and UBX tokens are created and issued within standard blockchain supported ecosystems which transcend national boundaries. Both UBU and UBX will be portable to anywhere in the world.
Metcalf's Law states that the value of a network is proportional to the square of the number of nodes in the network. Our 'nodes' are the number of citizens using the UBU app to exchange UBUs for goods and services. So the value of the UBU grows exponentially as each new citizen joins the UBU network and hence the UBX ought to do so as well.
Project UBU has been in development for two and a half years and in technical development for a year. It is currently being tested in Beta mode in South Africa.
